TwelveOne Financial Solutions LLC is a credit education and restoration company that provides clients with information, resources, and support designed to help improve creditworthiness. We are not a credit bureau, collection agency, law firm, or debt settlement company, and we do not offer legal advice or guarantee specific outcomes.
All services provided comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other applicable federal and state laws.
Results vary for each individual based on factors such as payment history, creditor cooperation, and personal financial habits. TwelveOne Financial Solutions does not remove accurate, verifiable, or current information from credit reports. We assist clients in disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items as allowed by law.
Clients are encouraged to review and understand their service agreement before enrolling. Credit repair requires client participation, including timely submission of requested documents, maintenance of credit monitoring, and consistent communication with our team.
Refund Policy - The Basics
1. Non-Refundable Services
All setup fees, consultation fees, and service payments are non-refundable once onboarding or credit analysis has begun. These fees cover administrative work, document preparation, and dispute initiation.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

A written refund request is submitted within five (5) business days of the original payment.

TwelveOne Financial Solutions has not yet initiated any services or disputes on your behalf.

The client has fully complied with all participation requirements, including document submission and maintaining credit monitoring.
If service work, disputes, or audits have already been initiated, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@twelveonefinancial.com. Please include your full name, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be reviewed within 10–15 business days of receipt.
Chargeback Policy
1. Dispute Resolution Process
Clients are required to contact billing@twelveonefinancial.com before disputing any charge with their financial institution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered or work has begun is considered a breach of contract. TwelveOne Financial Solutions keeps detailed records, communications, and documentation of all work performed to validate transactions.
3. Consequences of Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed without prior notice or legitimate cause:

The client’s services will be immediately suspended.

All completed work will be forfeited.

The account may be referred to collections for recovery of outstanding balances.
