Credit Monitoring Required
All clients must maintain an active subscription with our designated credit‑monitoring provider for the entire duration of their program. This service costs **$27.99/month** and provides us with full access to all three credit reports—serving as our “eyes and ears” with the bureaus. Failure to maintain or promptly reinstate monitoring may pause or terminate your client status.
Bankruptcy Policy
If you are in active bankruptcy, you are not eligible to enroll. Once your bankruptcy has been dismissed or discharged, you may proceed with the enrollment process.
Bill Payment Expectations
If you expect difficulty paying bills on time for the next **6–8 months**, please wait before enrolling. On‑time payments are critical, and late payments can undermine progress regardless of our dispute efforts.
